Editing recurring appointments
It would be great if you could edit the schedule of recurring appointments (days of week, time) instead of having to delete all the future appointments and resetting them.

On your next update, can you fix the search so it will show the results in alphabetical order by last name, then first name. Or most relevant. Even with partial searches the search results will show patients with the combination of those letters. Example:

When you click on the patient's appointment, it would be nice to have a "Message" button that will take you to conversations if you need to contact the patient
Patient Appointment Info
On the schedule when you hover over the patient appointment the "Date" should be the patient's date of birth and not the appointment date. It's a little repetitive since we're already on that date.

There needs to be a way to go back to previous page. If I'm on a different day on the calendar and open a patient chart, it's frustrating to have to have to go back to that day on the calendar by hitting the home button and then going to that date over
Appointment Type on schedule
It would be nice to have the appointment type next to or under the patient's name on the schedule so we can tell by a quick glance what type of treatment they're doing.
Personal Information Page
It would be nice to have on the personal information page the following: - Weight - Height - Ethnicity - HIPPA Release (Name of Person you can release information too)
Claim generation popup added info
I feel it would be awesome to get the cpt and modifier info in the pop up menu of the claim generation section so as to quickly and easily confirm proper billing rather then going in to each patient file to make sure.

why are my fee schedules not updating pt responsibility
I am noticing that the pt balances are not balancing with fee schedules? also why does the deductible not get tracked based on charges as well? this baffles me as the software should be able to tally and track these things.

In our office, our patients do multiple treatments with different providers (Dr, Rehab Tech, etc) it would nice if when scheduling we could split their appointment between providers or rooms. Example 10min with Dr1/Room 1 last 10min with tech1/room 2.

Hello, Pain chart is nice but useless when printed! There is no Explanation of areas marked, Pain, numbness, etc. Crayons are great on chart but not present when printed. Thanks!
