Different Schedule Views

You can set and view your schedule on the Home Dashboard. In case you have multiple providers or staff members, you can view their schedules and appointment bookings at the same time. Here is how you can do it.

A. How to Set Default Schedule Views

1. Access the zHealth Dashboard. Over the cursor over your name on the top right corner and click on "Update Info". Next, click on the "Provider" tab.

2. On the Provider tab, scroll down to the bottom. There is an option to set your Default Provider and Default Schedule View. Select the appropriate options from the drop-down and click "Update".

B. How to View Different Schedule Views

1. Access the zHealth Dashboard. On the Home page or Dashboard, just below the current date, there is drop-down list. It shows the list of all providers in your facility. Click on the drop-down arrow.

2. If you have only two providers at your facility, select 'All' from the drop-down list.

3. This is how the scheduler will look like for two providers. View the appointments and schedule of two or more providers at the same time.
