New Patient Walk-in Check-in Process

A guide providing step-by-step instructions explaining the walk-in process for New Patients

1. The clinic should first log in to their front desk account using their front desk login credentials.

2. The patient can enter the registered phone number on patient's file with the clinic in the front desk login screen to start the walk-in check-in process.

3. When a patient enters their phone number and it is not found in the system under an existing patient chart, the system will display a prompt asking whether they would like to schedule an appointment.

4. On the next page, the system will prompt the patient to enter basic demographic information, including Name, Patient Type, Gender, and Date of Birth.

5. On the next screen, the system will prompt the patient to select a provider who has availability at that time.

6. Once the patient selects a provider, the system will guide them to the check-in process, requiring the completion of the following forms to finalize check-in:
  1. Patient Demographics
  2. Subjective
  3. Pain Diagram (if configured)
  4. COVID-19 Form (if configured)
  5. Social History Form (if enabled)
  6. Surgical History Form (if enabled)
  7. Family History Form (if enabled)
  8. Medical History Form (if enabled)
  9. Outcome Assessment Form (if configured)
  10. Intake Form
  11. Consent Form
  12. Signature Page
