 zHealth Pay

We've made several improvements to our zHealth Pay payment processing system to enhance transaction handling:

  1. Easily spot and fix incorrectly mapped transactions.
  2. Failed transactions are remapped automatically, while successful ones are properly handled.
  3. Stay updated with automatic notifications on status changes.
  4. Get detailed insights with transaction data tracing.
  5. Audits ensure accurate mapping.
  6. Improved handling of state transactions.
  7. Correctly fetch and update refund history IDs.
  8. Delete invoice transactions for patients who used credit overpayment.
  9. Troubleshoot easier with a new status screen for 404 errors.
  10. Fixed an issue with model closure.

We've resolved the issue where an infinite loader would appear, and the entire zHealth dashboard needed to be refreshed when the message field was blank in the Conversations tab, and the user clicked the send button.

 New Scheduler
 
  1. Appointment Calendar Loading Issue Resolved:

    • Previously, blocking multiple days at once resulted in a blank or improperly loaded calendar. This issue has been fixed to ensure proper display of blocked dates.
    • Future appointments without an associated appointment type were not appearing on the calendar. We've updated the system to display these appointments as expected.
  2. Corrected Scheduled Appointment Counts:

    • Appointment counts were inaccurately reflected due to appointments not displaying on the calendar. This issue has been addressed.
  3. Improved Scroll Functionality:

    • Some customers encountered difficulty scrolling through the calendar. We've introduced a blue scroll bar for easier navigation, along with enhancements for smoother scrolling.
  4. Display Patient Phone Numbers:

    • Patient phone numbers are now visible in the Calendar Daily View for scheduled appointments.
  5. Fixed Minimum Size for Appointments:

    • Appointments with short durations were displayed as thick lines, making patient names hard to read. We've implemented a minimum size condition for all appointments, ensuring readability.
  6. Resolved Color Code Configuration Issue:

    • Previously, color codes were pulled from facility settings instead of provider configurations. This has been corrected to align with provider settings.
  7. Fixed Appointment Hover Screen Issue:

    • An issue where patient work phone numbers weren't displayed on hover screens has been resolved.
  8. Addressed Time Zone Conversion Error:

    • Appointments scheduled after 5:00 pm local time were erroneously displayed on the following day due to a time zone conversion error. This issue has been fixed to ensure appointments appear correctly.

 Billing Center
Fixed an issue related to the download option in the Billing Center. Now, only providers with full billing access can download billing reports, ensuring appropriate access control and data security.
