Video Demonstrating the Front Desk Check-In Process for Patient's Family Member
If the same phone number is associated with more than one patient record — for example, a father's phone number being used in both his own and his child's chart — the system will prompt the patient to enter their date of birth.
This ensures the correct patient record is retrieved for check-in at the front desk.

 1. The clinic should first log in to their front desk account using their front desk login credentials. Click here: https://www.zhealthehr.com/login |
2. The patient can enter the registered phone number on patient's file with the clinic in the front desk login screen to start the check-in process. |
3. If the entered phone number is linked to multiple patient records, the system will detect this and prompt the user to enter the date of birth of the patient they wish to check in. |
4. If the entered date of birth is recognized by the system and matches a patient with the same phone number and date of birth, the corresponding forms will be displayed:
