Sharing Access to Past Notes with Patients
There’s a feature in the Patient Chart page that allows you to share access to past visit notes with your patients. So long as your patient has an account set up using our zHealth Patient Portal, you can use this to share access to SOAP notes.

 1. Navigate to the Patient Chart to Share Note Access Enter the first or last name of the patient in the top navigation search box. Click Enter. Select the patient from auto-populated result with whom you want to share note access. The Patient Chart page opens. Share Note Access On the Patient Chart page, click on the "Send Patient Access" button. A pop-up window opens. |
| 2. Click "Yes" to share note access to the patient. |
3. Email Notification If email address is available in the Patient's Contact Details, zHealth will automatically send an email notification to the patient with a link. If the patient has not created their account in the zHealth Patient Portal, they need to first create an account. Once they create an account, they can access their past visit notes. If the patient has already created an account, they can login to their account and access the notes. |
