 Patient Settings
You can now label your document(s) with LAB WORK, ELIGIBILITY INFO, and DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING by choosing from a dropdown menu in the "Upload Note" field while uploading the document(s) in the PAST NOTE tab.

 SOAP Notes
To improve the provider's experience, we have added LOADER to SOAP Notes. This will allow the system to load the entire SOAP data to each SOAP section in one go, such as Subjective, Objective, Exam, etc. The LOADER makes sure you do not delete the SOAP sections/fields or click them multiple times while the loader is running on the SOAP Notes to prevent unexpected data loss.

 zHealth Pay
In some cases, transactions can get stuck in the QUEUE causing 409 conflicts to occur. Now, clinics can handle conflict errors related to 409 on their own. If you would like to do that, please navigate to UPDATE INFO > zH-Pay EDIT PROFILE tab > Clear 409 conflicts > Select "terminal device" from the dropdown menu and click on "Clear Transactions" to kill the queue.

 zHealth Pay
 We have a new functionality to zHealth Pay. In the event of a recurring membership payment falling on either a leap year or a month with 31 days, the system will automatically select the last day of the next month. In the case of February, specifically on leap years, the payment will be scheduled for the 28th of February in the subsequent year to accommodate the variation in the number of days in the month. This ensures accurate and consistent payment processing for your valued members.
